No. We do not charge re-assessment fees for HRW licensing courses.
If you do not achieve competency during your assessment, our trainers will explain which areas need improvement and guide you through the next steps. You will have the opportunity to undertake further training and be reassessed when you are ready.
For licensing courses, we do not charge a separate re-assessment or re-sit fee. Our goal is to help you achieve competency without unexpected additional costs.
No prior experience is required for most entry-level courses, including forklift training. Our courses are designed for both beginners and experienced operators seeking certification or licence upgrades. Basic English language, literacy, and numeracy skills may be required to complete the assessment process.
